I genuinely cannot put her down
The warning in the description is real — I finished Winnie last night and I’ve been carrying her around the house ever since. The chenille yarn makes her so soft and squishy. Took me a little over five hours but every minute was worth it.

Hana Suzuki
softest little dragon 🐉
made her in two shades of blanket yarn and she came out perfect. the face embroidery gives her so much personality. already planning my next one.

Laura Bennett
Gorgeous, the fur yarn was a bit fiddly
She’s absolutely adorible and I’m so proud of how she turned out. The only tricky part for me was working with the fur yarn — it kept hiding my stitches so I had to go slow. Took me closer to seven hours but I’m a slow crocheter. Would definately make her again.

Sophie Tremblay
Made her for my daughter and she cried happy tears
My daughter has been asking for a dragon forever so I made Winnie for her birthday. She actually teared up when she opened it. The pattern is well written and easy to follow, it just takes time like Millie says. I used a 5 mm hook and less than one skein of Bernat, exactly as noted. This is going to become a regular gift make in my house.

Mette Larsen
Lovely result, mouth embroidery took a few tries
Really happy with my dragon overall. The 20 mm eyes are the perfect size for her face. I did struggle a little getting the embroidered mouth even, and I had to redo it twice before I was happy, but that’s just me being picky. Everything else was clear.

obsessed with her
obsessed. she’s so squishy and cute. made her in purple and mint. best pattern i’ve bought in ages tbh.
Ingrid Hoffmann
Beautiful, but blanket yarn is messy to work with
The pattern itself is great and clearly explained. My only note is that blanket yarn sheds and it can be hard to see where your stitches are, so counting was slow going. I also ended up needing two skeins because my tension is loose. Still, she looks wonderful finished.

The description wasn’t kidding
They warn you that you’ll walk around holding your finished dragon and not put it down, and honestly that’s exactly what happened. She’s the perfect size to hug. Such a satisfying make for a cosy weekend.
Tara Byrne
Well written, clearly tested
You can tell this pattern has been through testers — the instructions are precise and I never felt lost. It’s an intermediate make but nothing here is scary, it just takes a bit of time. Finished mine in about five hours as promised.

A good step up from beginner projects
This was my first intermediate amigurumi and I learned a lot. There was one section around the wings where I got a little confused and had to read it a few times, but I got there in the end. Really pleased I pushed myself with this one.
